Update on our sweet Angelina
We are heartbroken to share that on May 7, 2026, our precious warrior Angelina, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.
Our hearts are with her family, loved ones, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. While words cannot ease this loss, we hope the family feels surrounded by the love, prayers, and support of this community during this incredibly difficult time.
Angelina’s strength, courage, and light touched so many lives and will never be forgotten. We remain committed to honoring her memory by continuing our mission to support families facing childhood cancer.

The Foundation prepares and sends care packages to children who are battling childhood cancer. We make an effort to learn about each child and their interests so that packages sent are meaningful to them and hopefully bring them some joy. The packages are filled with self-care items as well as some special items specific to each child. Angelina is a teenager we met during our stay in Memphis at St. Jude. Angelina was diagnosed with the same type of cancer as Marayah, Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma. Angelina is currently in remission after enduring a long year and half of chemo and radiation and fought alongside our Baby girl, Marayah. She is the first recipient of a Marayah Cares Package.
